Technique: De-stemming of the grapes. The alcoholic fermentation take place in steel tanks at a temperature. The maceration lasts about 12 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks where the wine remains for a few months, then there is a refinement in cement tanks before being bottled.
