Technique: De-stemming of the grapes. The alcoholic fermentation take place in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The maceration lasts about 12 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks where the wine remains for a few months, then there is a refinement in cement tanks before being bottled.
