Technique: Stemming and soft crushing of the grapes. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 26°C - 28°C. Maceration on the skins varies from 15 days to 20 days.. The refinement in French Barriques lasts 15 to 18 months and the subsequent refinement in bottle lasts for about 12 months.
