The Fattoria Sorbaiano, a historic wine-growing and oil-producing farm, is located near Montecatini val di Cecina, within the wine region of the DOC Montescudaio.

Tastings and guided tours are organized daily on reservation.

- Standard tastings: explanation and tasting of 3 wines in combination with toasted bread with our extra virgin olive oil, cold cuts and cheeses at zero kilometer (E.15,00 per person).

- Full tastings: explanation and tasting of 4 wines in combination with toasted bread with our extra virgin olive oil, cold cuts and cheeses at zero kilometer. At the end explanation and tasting of our famous dessert wine Vinsanto doc in combination with the traditional almond biscuits "cantucci" (E.20,00 per person).
