Some
of the vineyards of the Sorbaiano Estate
are situated in especially appropriate
positions where wines of extremely high
quality are obtained - most of all with
the best vintages.
This is the case with ROSSO DELLE MINIERE.
Even if this wine is obtained in observance
of the norms included in the production
regulations, it is a wine of extremely
rare quality and Italian Oenology of
the 1980's is very proud of this. The
excellent Sangiovese, in its maximum
quantity allowed, gives ROSSO DELLE
MINIERE the necessary character and
strength to face the long period of
refined in 225-litre barrels (10 month). |
